Word of the week is FOCUS
I have every intention of using this word to it's full this week. I intened to finish ALL of these projects plus some stuff at work:-
- Spaced Out bag
- Anne's curtains
- Leigh's curtains
- Marilyn sweater
- Read Janna's write ups (my student at work), all EIGHT of them!
- Collate 3 documentation folders for staff
- Organise a dressing up corner
Oh God! Where am I going to find time to sleep? I have to publicly admit I HATE knitting Marilyn from the Interweave Knits mag. She is too bulky, too heavy and too boring. I am suffering from neck pain due to the sheer weight of this garment.... I really have a loathing for bulky chunky wool. Give me fine and lightweight anyday of the week, year , Millenium!
Scarf Style have landed in Bonnybridge and I yearn to knit some of these neck warmers but I am going to focus.......... I think I will take up chanting, focus focus focus. I am desperate to start on my Minxxy bag, the pattern for it has been plundered from a few patterns and rolled into one. I am going to use Debbie Bliss cashmerino aran and I aint gonna felt it.Well, that's the plan anyway!
