Honest to God!!! This Flower Basket shawl had been a total comedy knit!! I am waiting on Stan and Ollie appearing with the correct pattern etc etc. Now I would say I was an experienced knitter who can do a whole range of stitches and intarsia but this has been rubbish and frustrating from the outsetfor a variety of reasons.....

1. I couldn't read the graph. 2. I kept dropping stitches! 3. I snapped the wool when I walked away from it. I didn't know it had wound itself around my ankle! 4. It's just been such a challenge considering skill level involved in the knitting!

Already I can see that I should have used the wool double but I kinda like the delicate pattern that it is creating. I am using Jamiesons Spindrift , single strand, on size 4.5mm needles. I am sooooo tempted to knit it again using Rowan 4ply soft and slightly bigger needles. Perhaps I should finish off this one first eh??? I feel the need to start on a BIG project....Rogue Hoodie is top of my hit list!!!
