No Way Nurse!
Hi there

I was at hospital today and had to get blood taken. Now , I am not good with needles and when the student nurse was asked to take blood from me she replied with "OK, I'll give it a go".

Give it a go??!!!! Give it a go??!! NOT ON MY ARM MISSUS!!! I must have turned chalk white at the thought of her probing about , with a needle, in my arm for a vein. I point blankly refused to let her near me. Two seconds after I had dug my heels in I felt sorry for her cos everyone has to learn..... but not on me!!! Am I being unreasonable? I don't really care! Practise on some other dummy.!! While I am moaning, I must complain about those people who call themselves Rowanettes. If it wasn't for them I would not have a cupboard full of wool waiting to be knitted into some of the most beautiful items I have seen. They have opened a new resources for me and I really am greatful....... even if I dont have enough time to apply myself to them!! I wonder if Santa would bring me octopus arms for Christmas? Im posting wool related pics for y'all to see!!

p.s Only kidding about the Rowanettes...... I'm one myself!!!!
