Biker babes and battles!
Last night, Geoff and I watched "The Football Factory" http://www.thefootballfactory.com/ .It was fantastic. I'm not one for mindless football violence because it looks horrific and sore but I did enjoy the buzz of this film (can't think of a better word ...sorry!!). Check out this link....... the bloke who played Tommy Johnson is a babe!!! Shona, my cousin, came over on her sooper dooper motorbike today. She had finally passed her test and is now tearing up the roads on her mean machine! Hope she has as much pleasure from her Greebo bike as I get from my scooter! On another note, Geoff called me a perfectionist today!!!!! *** gasp!!***. I mean, just because I like to do a job properly doesn't mean I'm perfect! I think it has to do with my creative side. When knitting, you have to do the same amount of rows/ inches or the jumper won't fit! When cutting out curtains, you have to measure loads to ensure they are the right length. So when it comes to anything else I am so preoccupied with getting it right I have to do it properly from the start, even the menial tasks! At least I would have used a dust sheet and saved all the mess that needs cleaning up!! Painting without a dust sheet is like knitting an intricate fine jumper with acrylic wool..... you just wouldn't bother!!
