Bad Blogger!
Busy busy, I am so busy!! Sorry I aint blogged for ages.....a girl has to be out and about socialising! Went to see Bad Manners on Saturday.It was fantastic! Baggy, my mate from Dahh Sarf (who is Irish!!), spoke to Buster Bloodvessel a few weeks ago and asked him to sing Skinhead Girl for me! Wowsers Trousers! Did he do it? Baggy had changed it so that the dedication would go out to The Roaring Gang , a group of people, myself included, from all over Britain and Ireland who travel far and wide to see Stiff Little Fingers! When he announced it, I also got persuaded (though it didn't take much!) to jump the barrier into the pit for a little jump about. It was the best dance ever, although I was a bit embarrassed to be where the rest of the crowd were able to see me! I don't think for a minute they had they had their eyes trained on me!!! I am on holiday this week had planned to do loads including 2 sets of lined curtains. It is now Wednesday and I am nowhere near starting them! I did however start a poncho for the Princess last week. Stupidly I thought it would only take a few hours knitting. Yes it did...... a few hours to attach the tassles!! I am really pleased with it. It is nothing like the pattern. The Princess didn't want the cables and high neck shown in the pattern so i adapted it and added holes and a short neck. I like the result!! I am going to add a few pics and a short paragraph underneath. I could prattle on here all day but too much text makes the eyes bleed!!!!
