Monday night blues
well here it is again...monday night and weigh in time at the slimming club!! I havent been for 8 weeks as ive been on holiday from work ! I have NO willpower at the best of times but it goes to pot when im off work! AND IT SHOWS!!! 7.5lbs on!!!!! my god!!
